"What do I need to know before coming to a class?”
To take a class, all you need to do is show up at least
5 minutes before the class begins!
You will need to sign in before participating in the class.
Make sure to wear comfortable workout clothes and footwear.
You'll also want to bring a water bottle and towel!
No fitness or dance experience is needed to participate in a class.
Just listen to the instructor and have fun with your workout.
Came and have a Go! Ditch the workout, and join the party!
You wont even know you are working out!
